Liability Release:

I understand that dancing is a sport and that there is a certain amount of risk involved. I, on behalf of myself, my executors, conservators, heirs, devisees, and assigns, hereby waive any damage rights I may have against Blues Rising, the venues, and/or any festival staff or agents for any and all injury and damages I may suffer by participating in the classes and/or dances at any location during the Blues Rising Workshops, the first to be held March 9th, 2007 to March 11th, 2007.

Photo/Video Release:

I also understand that by dancing and/or taking classes at this event, my picture may be taken or I may be filmed --- and I hereby consent to the use and/or commercialization of my image, without compensation to me (whether in print, in video, published on the Internet, or otherwise), by Blues Rising, its promoters, and its or their successors and assigns, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to the promotion of future dance events.
